About Me
I'm a UX Researcher and Product Designer with a background in Information Technology.
My journey began as a UI/UX developer at Citigroup, where I developed features to enhance user experience and improve accessibility on the Citibank website. I quickly realized that impactful design is about more than functionality—it’s about uncovering the "why" behind what truly resonates with users.
Fueled by this curiosity and a desire to shape these critical decisions, I transitioned into a Product Owner role. For 3 years, I thrived at the intersection of strategy and execution, honing my skills in prioritization, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering end-to-end, user-centered solutions that drive meaningful impact.
Currently, as a master’s student in Human-Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) at the University of Washington, I am honing my skills in UX research and product design to further explore the principles that create intuitive and meaningful user experiences.
Beyond work, I find joy in dancing, exploring nature, binge-watching TV shows, and am always up for a cup of Chai 🫖

#IamRemarkable
Gold Tier Facilitator
#IamRemarkable is a global Google initiative empowering everyone, particularly underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond. In this workshop, you learn about the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional life.
I conducted 12+ workshops, training over 150 employees globally at Citi, and earned a place in the exclusive Gold Tier Facilitators community of #IamRemarkable.
Additionally, I held a workshop for custodians at Citi’s Pune (India) office, delivering the session in their regional language to ensure inclusivity and engagement.

Mentor - Citi Bridge
100 hours. 100 women.
Citi Solutions Centre at Pune partners with Cummins College of Engineering for Women to select 100 girls studying in the pre-final year for a dynamic 100 hours program where they are provided 50 hours of technical and financial training and the remaining time to implement a real world business problem.
As a mentor, I guide them from the requirement gathering phase to ideation, customer research, web development, testing & deployment. I have mentored 20 girls so far with the aim of giving them a taste of what actual industry projects look like and encourage more women to pursue technology.
