TrailVault
In UW's Human-Centered Design and Engineering program, I collaborated on a User-Centered Design project focused on hiking. Inspired by our love for nature and sustainability, we identified barriers like limited rental options for novice hikers. To address this, we designed a locker-based gear-sharing system, fostering accessibility, inclusivity, and environmental sustainability in outdoor recreation.
Furniture Repair Bank
As a part of Design for Passion'24 at UW, I volunteered to transform the Furniture Repair Bank (NGO) website by tackling key user frustrations around finding essential information. Despite having the content available, users struggled to navigate the site, leading to a flood of inquiry emails. By conducting in-depth UX research and a thoughtful redesign, we streamlined the site’s structure and presentation, delivering a clearer, more intuitive experience that significantly reduced confusion and inquiries.
