Reimaging Fifa World Cup 2026 Experience for Uber Drivers
A UX Research + Design capstone in partnership with Uber, investigating how drivers navigate large-scale events like FIFA World Cup 2026. Through field studies and interviews with six drivers across Seattle, Austin, and St. Louis, the research uncovered how drivers compensate for gaps in real-time guidance — and identified design opportunities to make that guidance more trustworthy, timely, and financially meaningful for the people who depend on it.
